We had a great experience here with our wrestling team! We stayed one night with a group of 20 athletes and the staff was extremely accommodating to us. We had a quick check in and the front desk manager Carlton was super helpful. Our catering did not show up with utensils and Danielle, the bar manager, gave us space and let us use plates/utensils from the bar to feed our group. We travel frequently and this was one of our best stays with IHG.

The lobby & common areas are very warm and spacious. The room was pretty cavernous, but narrow... just enough room to maneuver easily but can get cramped easily because of the room layout. The room accomodations were ample for our stay. Also high praise for the shower pressure. The shower was much like a waterfall or torrential rain storm...LOVED IT!

Would not recommend this hotel. I was trying to get back home,Brownsville Texas from SW Kansas. We ended up stuck in Kansas when they shut down the roads for the recent snow storm that was going through. We called to speak to someone at the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do on canceling our reservation. We called IHG and they tried but the hotel staff was very rude to them and not accommodating. I sent a message through Facebook and was told I never contacted them which is not true. I was also told that all hotels are like this with cancellation policies and I need to read up prior to booking. I stay at numerous hotels. This would be my first time in a long time to stay at an IHG Brand as most of my travel is Hilton, Marriot or Best Western. I know that each hotel has the opportunity to assist their customers and they should if they want to get a new client or keep a customer. Holiday Inn in Temple is not willing to even consider a full or even a partial refund. I do not recommend staying here and would recommend a nicer hotel - Fairfield Inn & Suites in Temple.

I normally stay at a different hotel for my trip to Temple, but decided to try something different. I'm sure glad I chose this place. I can't say enough good things about the staff here. They really go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant. The room was very clean and the hotel is conveniently located and close to anything you may need. I will definitely be staying again. Kudos to the whole crew at this location.

I have been working in Temple since May 2023 and boy was I blessed when I walked into the Holiday Inn in Temple. Mrs. Japalucci and her team are simply amazing and I feel at home when I arrive and to watch the team interact with the other guests is not something you see everywhere. The food is great because there is a Chef that loves what he does and takes pride in cooking, the front desk staff is always helpful and does it all with a smile. If you do not stay here while either visiting or just laying over for a good nights rest then your staying at the wrong place.

I appriciated the quality of all Hotel Staff. Room cleaned and room confortable. Fitness room and swimming poll cleaned. Breakfast service a bit poor. Breakfast staff has been kindly with me. Only some mess during breakfast payment by credit card, sometime not working.
